Annaleise recognised her interest in helping people through difficult times when she embarked on a Psychology Degree way back in 1998 at UVic in British Columbia, Canada. 

When she returned to Australia, she decided that helping tenants and landlords in the Real Estate Industry was of interest and completed her Real Estate License qualifications. Annaleise worked in the Real Estate industry for close to 20 years and  moved up the ranks quickly. She spent a lot of those years attending around 100 tribunal hearings where she represented landlords in many diverse cases relating to tenancy and property disputes. It was during this time that she found her desire to work in the negotiation capacity to help people come to agreements and she felt that becoming a Mediator would be the best way she can do this. 

After time off to raise her family, Annaleise completed her NMAS studies through The College Of Law. She is a Nationally Accredited Mediator who continues to study through The College Of Law to keep well informed and up to date with new legislation and current best practices.

Fast forward to today, she is founder and CEO of  Diplomatic Mediation, a company that specializes in commercial mediation. 

Annaleise mediates on various matters such as civil court cases, small claims, commercial matters, insurance cases, professional malpractice matters, surrogates/trusts and estates cases, community matters, workplace disputes, construction matters, harassment proceedings, employment issues, personal injury cases, residential landlord/tenant housing matters, commercial tenancy/landlord disputes, tort - other commercial issues, intellectual property matters, franchise cases and many more.
